Daniela earned her degree at The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in the UK and then went onto study Estil Voice training with Anne Marie Speed at The Royal Academy of Music in London. She is ranked as one of London top vocal coaches.

1. POWER

Phonation is the production of sound as voice. Without breath, phonation cannot occur. In step 1, we use powerful visualisation techniques to find a rich, luxurious quality of personal breath to power the voice; available to pull in and push out effortlessly. In conjuring and harnessing effective breath control, we take steps towards experiencing the true scale and potential of our instrument.

2. SOURCE

Like the point at which fresh water springs or the moment when the bow of a violin first slides across strings, voice starts where it begins - at source. And the source of the voice is at vocal fold level. IN STEP 2, WE LEARN THAT When the vocal folds oscillate at different speeds in the company of the breath, the two work together to co create voice.

3. Filter

Once we have succesfully created voice we must then decide what we are going to do with it and why. In step 3, we learn that voice is a powerful artists material which we can use to convey intense emotion and complex narrative to give life deeper meaning. Which part of the filter we send the sound too and why, determines the quality of the sound, how we choose to feel and who we choose to be when we are using this most magical and mysterious of human gifts to inspire, uplift, entertain, implore and warn others in the world around us about the things we know.
